How fresh are your spices?
Every batch is stone-milled to order in small quantities and shipped within days of grinding — not months. We never hold large pre-ground stock, so what reaches your kitchen is as close to freshly milled as it gets.
Where do your spices come from?
We source whole spices directly from small farms and trusted growers across India, then clean, roast, and grind them ourselves in small batches — no bulk importing, no unnecessary middlemen.
What's your shipping policy?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping applies on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Because spices are a consumable, we can't accept returns once a pack is opened. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
